General Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the services provided by Alalmani e.K. you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Contractual Partner
The purchase agreement is concluded with Alalmani e.K. Commercial Register: Local Court Frankfurt am Main, HRA 50183.
Conclusion of Contract
The treatment prices stated on the website of the company Alalmani e.K. do not constitute a legally binding offer but serve solely as information for customers. A binding contract is only established when the customer has settled the price invoiced for the medical care program. Mandatory agreements regarding the commencement of treatment will be made only after the conclusion of the contract between Alalmani e.K. and the hospital.
We assume no liability for canceled or rescheduled appointments by the hospital. Additionally, the customer has no right to demand compensation from us.
Choice of Hospital
- The customer has the right to choose the hospital for their medical treatment.
- However, Alalmani e.K. reserves the right to propose changes or recommendations regarding the selected hospital for legitimate reasons, such as medical necessity or availability.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient availability of the chosen hospital, Alalmani e.K. reserves the right to propose an alternative, equally qualified hospital in consultation with the customer.
The customer will be promptly informed of any changes or recommendations related to the choice of hospital. Customer consent will be obtained before implementation unless there is an urgent medical necessity.
Prices
The prices specified in the offer refer to the tariff and legal regulations in effect at the time the offer is submitted. The offers of Alalmani e.K. are considered flat rates unless otherwise agreed upon. After the completion of the treatment, the customer will receive invoices from Alalmani e.K.
Payment Conditions
Payment is made either in advance by pre-payment via bank transfer. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If the payment method chosen is pre-payment, we will provide you with the bank details in the order confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation is only possible for significant reasons (deterioration of health, death of the client, rejection of the visa application) and must be communicated immediately to the company.
If the client withdraws from the contract in a timely manner and for a significant reason, Alalmani e.K. is obligated to refund the full amount already paid. The client must communicate the significant reason in writing and, if necessary, provide evidence.
If the client withdraws from the contract without a significant reason, Alalmani e.K. has the right to compensation. The exact amount of the compensation will be determined according to the following schedule:
- Up to 30 days before the start of the medical appointment: 10% of the total amount of the medical care program.
- From 29 to 10 days before the start of the medical appointment: 20% of the total amount of the medical care program.
- From 9 to 3 days before the start of the medical appointment: 30% of the total amount of the medical care program.
- From 2 to the day of the appointment: 50% of the total amount of the medical care program.
The compensation is intended to cover administrative costs, reservations, and potential loss of earnings. The exact calculation will be provided to the client upon request.
Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Frankfurt am Main. If individual provisions of this contract are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
